“I think it’s one of the really great fly fishing adventures on the planet”
Peter Morse

A must see flyfishing documentary featuring a never before filmed area of isolated islands, sand cays, reef flats, offshore reefs and river systems. The variety of species available here is amazing, and as well as spectacular camera work and great fishing you'll be educated and entertained by host and world renowned flyfisher Peter Morse.

This is one of the first location documentary in our new explore series, filmed professionally by Ben Godfrey.

Join Peter Morse, Damon Olsen and the Nomad Sportfishing crew on a journey of flyfishing discovery to some of the most pristine and untouched islands, reef flats, coral reefs and river systems on the plant. The Claremont Isles sits remote and isolated, just inside the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef, on the Far North Eastern extremity of Australia's Cape York Peninsula. There's a small window of opportunity to fish this area each year, just after the trade winds stop, and before cyclone season starts, but some of the world's finest saltwater flyfishing awaits. The list of species available are endless and whether it's permit and golden trevally on the flats teasing big GTs, sight casting to blue bastards or queenfish mayhem on the flats, there's action aplenty. Peter Morse also shares many great insights into the fishing techniques and tactics that have made him one of the world's most respected flyfishers.
